We are spoiled for choice these days, when it comes to eating, but what was on the menu in medieval times?

At the Timahoe Heritage Festival 2022, not only can you learn about what was eaten in days of yore, but we will also have a display in the cooking methods that were used in the middle ages. You can also taste some of the food, and judge for yourself, the diet that the monks of Timahoe would have been accustomed to!
